Shipping policy
The staff at the Ganong Chocolatier try to have all packages sent within 48 hours of receipt the order. Some orders may be delayed as we await fresh product, if this applies to your order you will be notified of the delay.
Please ensure that Shipping info complete and correct. If an error is made on the Customers part Ganong is not responsible for the cost of reshipping and depending on the nature of the product not all products can be returned for a refund.
We cannot ship to PO boxes
- During the warmer months, we take extra care to ensure your chocolates arrive in the best possible condition.
- All chocolate orders are packed with insulated packaging and ice packs to help maintain product quality during transit. To minimize shipping time, we use expedited delivery services whenever possible.
- To reduce the risk of melting, chocolate orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday only, helping ensure they are not held in transit over a weekend.
- While we take every precaution to protect your order, extremely high temperatures and shipping conditions beyond our control may occasionally affect product appearance.
US Shipping
Due to recent changes to U.S. import and FDA regulations, including the removal of exemptions for low-value food shipments and new documentation requirements for all confectionery products, we are temporarily unable to ship orders to the United States. These updated rules have created increased duties and compliance obligations for exporters, and we are reviewing options to resume U.S. shipping in the future.
